Michelle is great. She always looks out for me and looks for the best rates and plans for my specific situation. I have been using her services since I first became a homebuyer and trust her implicitly.

Two awesome things about her (although they are more) - “professional” (very good at what she does), and “patient”. She was the one who helped us when we bought the house 4 1/2 years ago, and we had a great experience with her, so when my husband and I had decided to refinance the house, we didn’t have to think twice about who to contact- Michelle. Everytime my husband and I had any questions, she was there to explain patiently and walk us through thoroughly. Thank you, Michelle!!

My overall experience was good. The process was long and I felt communication could have been better throughout the process. I was most Satisfied in the beginning a few years back , Michelle help my clear this off my credit and gave me tips to strengthen my credit score. Through all bumps in the road we made it !! Michelle goes above and beyond. She will spend time explaining all the options available and keep you updated as to how the financing and closing are proceeding. As a school teacher with limited assets I was able to buy a house in Los Angeles and now have refinanced, both with Michelle. I would NOT work with anyone else.
