Going way beyond the expected at every turn to make a stressful situation go so smoothly, despite my occasional bouts of anxiety and confusion. Michelle, Sarah, and Jim managed to keep me calm throughout the process. The team ALWAYS had a plan when an obstacle would present itself. I would get the call of the situation with an immediate plan of attack which was awesome. I didn't have to put in the work to figure things out they did that for us. I woud highly recommend Michelle and the whole team without hesitation.

Finally buying a house

Michelle was the nicest and kindest person you could ever hope to have as your loan officer! She went above and beyond assisting us through every step of the loan process. Definitely reccomend her, especially if your a first time homebuyer new to the whole process!

Michelle is very knowledgable in different kind of loans. She was able to pivot quickly and figure out a new solution when unfavorable situations came up during the escrow.

There was an email sent on 9/27 regarding interest rates going up, and requesting a lock but that was ignored until a week before closing 10/15. Granted we could have pressured more and called, but under her advice, waiting cost us $200 a month. That was the only down side. In the future, we will lock the rate immediately at the start.
